Registered Office: DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Trade License No.: 36692

Throughout these Terms, "ripr," "Company," "we," "us," and "our" mean Ravant Technologies FZCO and, where applicable, its affiliates.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Ravant Technologies FZCO governing your access to and use of:

  • ripr.trade;

  • ripr web, mobile, and desktop applications;

  • trading and token-discovery functionality;

  • wallet-related functionality;

  • token creation and deployment functionality;

  • social feeds, posts, comments, messaging, and community features;

  • livestreaming and creator functionality;

  • charts, analytics, market information, and blockchain data;

  • APIs and associated technology made available to users;

  • and any other products or services that link to these Terms,

collectively, the "Services."

By accessing or using the Services, connecting a wallet, creating an account, initiating a transaction, creating or interacting with a Digital Asset, or otherwise using ripr, you confirm that:

  1. you have read and understood these Terms;

  2. you agree to be legally bound by them;

  3. you satisfy the eligibility requirements described below; and

  4. you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

Certain Services may be subject to additional terms, disclosures, warnings, policies, or conditions. Those additional provisions form part of your agreement with us when you use the relevant Service.

2. Important Risk Warning

Digital Assets involve substantial risk.

Prices may change rapidly and without warning. Digital Assets, including newly created tokens and memecoins, may lose some or all of their value.

You may lose the entire amount used in a transaction.

Among other risks, Digital Assets may be affected by:

  • extreme price volatility;

  • low or disappearing liquidity;

  • smart-contract vulnerabilities;

  • malicious token creators;

  • fraudulent or misleading projects;

  • market manipulation;

  • concentrated token ownership;

  • blockchain congestion;

  • failed transactions;

  • front-running or other transaction-ordering behavior;

  • changes to decentralized protocols;

  • regulatory developments;

  • private-key or wallet compromise;

  • scams and phishing;

  • third-party infrastructure failures;

  • incorrect or delayed market data;

  • and irreversible blockchain transactions.

You are solely responsible for determining whether a transaction is appropriate for you.

ripr does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice.

Nothing displayed through the Services—including trending lists, charts, rankings, posts, token information, wallet activity, social signals, creator content, livestreams, price movements, notifications, analytics, or automated outputs—constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise transact in any Digital Asset.

You should conduct your own research and, where appropriate, obtain independent professional advice.

3. Eligibility

You may use the Services only if:

  1. you are at least 18 years old;

  2. you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms;

  3. your use of the Services is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access them;

  4. you are not subject to applicable sanctions or asset-freezing restrictions;

  5. you are not prohibited from using the Services under applicable law;

  6. you are not using the Services on behalf of a prohibited person or entity; and

  7. where you act for a company or other organization, you have authority to bind that organization.

You are responsible for determining whether use of the Services is permitted in your jurisdiction.

We may restrict or prohibit access to certain Services in particular jurisdictions.

We may also implement geographical, regulatory, compliance, technical, or risk-based restrictions at any time.

4. Restricted Jurisdictions and Persons

The Services are not offered where their use would violate applicable law or expose us to regulatory requirements that we have determined not to undertake.

You must not use the Services if doing so would violate:

  • economic sanctions;

  • export controls;

  • anti-money-laundering requirements;

  • counter-terrorist-financing requirements;

  • securities or financial-services laws;

  • consumer-protection laws;

  • or other applicable legal restrictions.

We may use IP information, wallet screening, third-party compliance services, account information, or other reasonable methods to enforce geographical or compliance restrictions.

Circumventing geographical restrictions, sanctions controls, or access restrictions through VPNs, proxies, false information, intermediaries, or other methods is prohibited.

5. Nature of ripr

ripr provides technology that allows users to discover, analyze, discuss, create, and interact with Digital Assets and blockchain-based applications.

Depending on the functionality being used, ripr may provide interfaces that enable users to:

  • view market and blockchain information;

  • connect wallets;

  • discover Digital Assets;

  • interact with decentralized exchanges;

  • interact with token launch platforms or bonding curves;

  • prepare and submit blockchain transactions;

  • create or deploy Digital Assets;

  • monitor positions or wallet activity;

  • access social information and user-generated content;

  • publish posts or comments;

  • livestream content;

  • follow creators or other users;

  • and access third-party services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular Service, ripr does not take custody of your Digital Assets.

6. Non-Custodial Services

Certain ripr functionality is designed to be non-custodial.

Where a transaction is performed through your self-custodial wallet:

  • you retain control of your wallet and Digital Assets;

  • you authorize transactions through your wallet;

  • ripr does not possess your wallet's private key;

  • ripr cannot independently sign transactions on your behalf;

  • and blockchain settlement occurs through the applicable blockchain or smart contracts.

You are solely responsible for:

  • your wallet;

  • private keys;

  • seed phrases;

  • authentication methods;

  • wallet security;

  • device security;

  • transaction approvals;

  • and maintaining appropriate backups.

Never provide a seed phrase or private key to ripr or anyone claiming to represent ripr.

Loss or compromise of a private key, seed phrase, device, wallet, or authentication credential may result in irreversible loss of Digital Assets.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses resulting from the compromise, loss, or misuse of credentials under your control.

7. Embedded or Third-Party Wallet Technology

Some Services may use wallet infrastructure or authentication technology supplied by third-party providers.

Use of such technology may also be subject to the provider's terms and privacy practices.

The availability of a wallet or authentication option within ripr does not mean that ripr guarantees or assumes responsibility for the underlying third-party service.

Where an embedded or delegated wallet architecture is made available, the technical custody model applicable to that wallet will be disclosed through the relevant user interface or documentation.

8. Blockchain Transactions

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible.

Before approving a transaction, you are responsible for reviewing information presented by your wallet or the relevant transaction interface, including where available:

  • asset;

  • amount;

  • recipient;

  • smart contract;

  • network;

  • slippage;

  • price impact;

  • fees;

  • approvals;

  • and transaction parameters.

Once a transaction has been broadcast to a blockchain, ripr generally cannot:

  • stop it;

  • cancel it;

  • reverse it;

  • refund it;

  • modify it;

  • or remove it from the blockchain.

Transactions may fail, remain pending, execute at a different effective price, or incur unexpected costs because of network conditions, liquidity, smart-contract behavior, or other factors beyond our control.

9. Decentralized Exchanges, Launchpads and Protocols

ripr may provide interfaces to third-party or decentralized protocols, including:

  • decentralized exchanges;

  • automated market makers;

  • liquidity pools;

  • token launchpads;

  • bonding curves;

  • smart contracts;

  • bridges;

  • blockchain programs;

  • and other decentralized applications.

These protocols may operate independently of ripr.

When you interact with such a protocol, the underlying transaction may occur directly between your wallet and third-party smart contracts or blockchain programs.

ripr does not guarantee:

  • protocol availability;

  • smart-contract security;

  • liquidity;

  • token legitimacy;

  • token value;

  • execution price;

  • execution speed;

  • continued operation;

  • or the actions of third-party protocol administrators.

The appearance of a protocol or Digital Asset within ripr does not constitute endorsement.

10. Transaction Routing

ripr may use technology to identify or present available transaction routes across supported protocols.

Routes may take into account information such as:

  • liquidity;

  • quoted output;

  • price impact;

  • network conditions;

  • protocol availability;

  • execution costs;

  • and other technical factors.

A quoted route is not a guarantee of execution.

Actual transaction results may differ because blockchain state can change between quotation, signing, submission, and confirmation.

You remain responsible for reviewing and approving the final transaction.

11. Slippage, Price Impact and MEV

Digital Asset transactions may experience:

  • slippage;

  • price impact;

  • transaction reordering;

  • failed transactions;

  • priority-fee changes;

  • maximal extractable value ("MEV") effects;

  • front-running;

  • back-running;

  • sandwich attacks;

  • or other blockchain-specific execution conditions.

These effects can occur independently of ripr.

Where controls such as slippage settings are available, you are responsible for selecting settings appropriate for your transaction.

12. Digital Asset Creation and Deployment

ripr may allow users to create or deploy Digital Assets.

If you create, deploy, promote, control, or materially participate in a Digital Asset through ripr, you are responsible for ensuring that:

  • the Digital Asset complies with applicable law;

  • all information you provide is accurate and not misleading;

  • you possess necessary intellectual-property rights;

  • you do not falsely claim affiliations or endorsements;

  • you do not engage in fraud or manipulation;

  • you comply with applicable securities, commodities, consumer, advertising, and financial laws;

  • and your conduct complies with these Terms and our other policies.

ripr does not approve, sponsor, endorse, or guarantee a Digital Asset merely because it was created or displayed through the Services.

13. Creator and Deployer Economics

Certain Services may permit creators, deployers, referrers, streamers, affiliates, or other participants to receive fees, rewards, rebates, incentives, or other economic benefits based on activity occurring through the Services.

The applicable amounts, eligibility requirements, calculation methods, and conditions may be displayed within the product and may change from time to time.

Participation in such programs does not create:

  • an employment relationship;

  • agency;

  • partnership;

  • joint venture;

  • fiduciary relationship;

  • or entitlement to continued participation.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue incentive programs subject to applicable law and any rights already accrued under expressly stated program terms.

14. Fees

ripr may charge fees for some Services.

Where practicable, applicable ripr fees will be disclosed through the relevant interface before you authorize a transaction.

You may also incur fees imposed by third parties, including:

  • blockchain network fees;

  • gas or priority fees;

  • decentralized protocol fees;

  • liquidity-provider fees;

  • wallet-provider fees;

  • payment-provider fees;

  • fiat on-ramp or off-ramp fees;

  • and other third-party charges.

Third-party fees are not controlled by ripr unless expressly stated otherwise.

We may change our fees prospectively.

Continued use of a fee-based Service after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new fee where permitted by law.

15. Market Data and Pricing Information

ripr may display information including:

  • prices;

  • market capitalization;

  • liquidity;

  • volume;

  • token supply;

  • trades;

  • charts;

  • wallet balances;

  • position values;

  • profit and loss information;

  • token metadata;

  • ownership information;

  • trending indicators;

  • and other analytics.

This information may be obtained from:

  • public blockchain data;

  • our own infrastructure;

  • third-party data providers;

  • decentralized protocols;

  • user submissions;

  • or calculated data.

Market information may be:

  • delayed;

  • incomplete;

  • unavailable;

  • incorrectly decoded;

  • incorrectly attributed;

  • affected by low liquidity;

  • subject to estimation;

  • or inconsistent across different sources.

You should independently verify information before relying on it for a transaction.

16. Trending, Discovery and Ranking Systems

ripr may use automated systems to identify or rank Digital Assets, content, creators, posts, wallets, or activity.

Signals may include factors such as:

  • transaction activity;

  • market activity;

  • liquidity;

  • user interest;

  • engagement;

  • recency;

  • momentum;

  • wallet activity;

  • social activity;

  • or other signals.

A designation such as:

  • "Trending";

  • "Emerging";

  • "New";

  • "Movers";

  • "Gainers";

  • "Losers";

  • "Popular";

  • or similar terminology

is an informational or algorithmic categorization only.

It is not an investment recommendation, endorsement, quality assessment, or prediction of future performance.

17. Positions, Portfolio and Profit/Loss Information

Where ripr displays positions, holdings, entry prices, portfolio values, or profit-and-loss calculations, such information is provided for convenience.

Calculations may depend on:

  • available blockchain history;

  • market-price sources;

  • wallet activity;

  • transaction classification;

  • cost-basis assumptions;

  • asset pricing;

  • and other data.

Values may be estimates and may not reflect tax, accounting, or legally recognized cost basis.

You are responsible for maintaining your own financial, transaction, and tax records.

18. Accounts

Some Services require a ripr account.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep account information reasonably current.

You are responsible for all activity occurring through your account unless caused by a breach of our systems for which applicable law makes us responsible.

You must promptly notify us if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised.

You may not:

  • sell an account;

  • purchase an account;

  • transfer an account without authorization;

  • impersonate another user;

  • or access another person's account without permission.

19. Third-Party Authentication

We may permit authentication through services such as Google or other identity providers.

Your use of those services is also subject to the applicable provider's terms.

Information received through Google or another authentication provider is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable provider requirements.

You may disconnect supported authentication integrations where such functionality is available.

20. Fiat Payments and On-Ramp/Off-Ramp Services

ripr may provide access to third-party providers that enable users to buy or sell Digital Assets using fiat currency.

Unless expressly identified otherwise, those services are provided independently by the relevant third-party provider.

The provider may:

  • conduct identity verification;

  • perform sanctions screening;

  • conduct transaction monitoring;

  • determine eligibility;

  • establish exchange rates;

  • charge fees;

  • impose limits;

  • reject transactions;

  • and process payment information.

ripr does not guarantee approval or completion of transactions provided by third parties.

Your relationship with the third-party provider may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

21. Social Features and User Content

ripr may allow you to create, upload, publish, transmit, livestream, or otherwise make available content ("User Content").

User Content may include:

  • posts;

  • comments;

  • messages;

  • usernames;

  • profile information;

  • images;

  • videos;

  • audio;

  • livestreams;

  • token descriptions;

  • token images;

  • links;

  • charts;

  • reactions;

  • and other materials.

You retain ownership of rights you hold in your User Content.

By making User Content available through ripr, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, display, distribute, transmit, and otherwise use that content to the extent reasonably necessary to:

  • operate the Services;

  • display your content;

  • distribute content to users you choose to reach;

  • moderate the platform;

  • secure the Services;

  • create technical adaptations required for different devices or formats;

  • and promote the availability of content already made public through the Services.

This license ends when the relevant User Content is deleted from our systems, except where retention is reasonably necessary for backups, legal compliance, security, dispute resolution, or where copies have already been distributed outside our control.

22. Your Responsibility for User Content

You represent that you possess all rights required to publish your User Content.

You must not publish content that:

  • violates law;

  • infringes intellectual-property rights;

  • is fraudulent or intentionally deceptive;

  • impersonates another person;

  • falsely claims an endorsement or partnership;

  • facilitates scams or phishing;

  • contains malware;

  • promotes market manipulation;

  • makes intentionally deceptive financial claims;

  • contains unlawful threats;

  • constitutes prohibited harassment;

  • exploits children;

  • contains prohibited sexual content;

  • supports terrorism or violent extremism;

  • or otherwise violates our applicable policies.

More detailed rules may appear in our Content Moderation Policy, Livestream Policy, Trademark Guidelines, or other platform policies.

23. Livestreaming

Where livestreaming functionality is available, streamers are responsible for content they broadcast.

Livestreams must comply with:

  • these Terms;

  • the Content Moderation Policy;

  • the Livestream Policy;

  • applicable intellectual-property laws;

  • applicable advertising and promotional laws;

  • and applicable financial-promotion requirements.

A livestream discussing or displaying a Digital Asset does not mean ripr endorses that Digital Asset or the statements made by the streamer.

Users should independently evaluate statements made by creators or streamers.

24. Moderation

We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, review, restrict, label, reduce distribution of, remove, or disable access to User Content where we reasonably determine that it:

  • violates these Terms;

  • violates another ripr policy;

  • creates a security risk;

  • may violate applicable law;

  • infringes third-party rights;

  • constitutes spam or manipulation;

  • or may materially harm users or the Services.

Moderation may involve automated and human systems.

The fact that content remains available does not constitute endorsement or confirmation of its accuracy or legality.

25. Intellectual Property

Except for User Content and third-party materials, the Services and associated intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Ravant Technologies FZCO.

This includes, where applicable:

  • software;

  • application interfaces;

  • designs;

  • branding;

  • logos;

  • trademarks;

  • text;

  • graphics;

  • product features;

  • databases;

  • APIs;

  • and proprietary technology.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for their intended purposes.

No ownership rights are transferred to you.

26. Intellectual-Property Complaints

We respect valid intellectual-property rights.

If you believe content available through ripr infringes your copyright or other rights, you may submit a complaint through the process described in our applicable intellectual-property or DMCA policy.

We may remove content or restrict accounts in response to valid complaints.

Submitting knowingly false or misleading claims may expose the submitting party to liability.

27. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Services to:

  1. violate applicable law;

  2. commit fraud or theft;

  3. launder money or finance terrorism;

  4. evade sanctions;

  5. manipulate markets;

  6. conduct wash trading;

  7. artificially generate trading volume or engagement;

  8. operate coordinated pump-and-dump schemes;

  9. mislead users about a token, project, partnership, endorsement, or affiliation;

  10. distribute malware or phishing material;

  11. steal credentials or wallet information;

  12. exploit vulnerabilities;

  13. interfere with the operation of the Services;

  14. bypass access or security controls;

  15. overload infrastructure through abusive automated requests;

  16. scrape or extract data in violation of technical restrictions or applicable law;

  17. use bots to manipulate rankings, engagement, rewards, or trading activity;

  18. misuse referral or incentive programs;

  19. impersonate another person or organization;

  20. infringe intellectual-property rights;

  21. harass or threaten others;

  22. facilitate prohibited transactions;

  23. circumvent geographical restrictions;

  24. use the Services to facilitate unlawful securities offerings or other regulated activity without required authorization;

  25. or assist another person in doing any of the above.

28. Automated Access and APIs

You may use APIs or automated functionality only in accordance with applicable documentation, rate limits, access permissions, and separate API terms where provided.

We may restrict automated access that:

  • materially affects system stability;

  • circumvents access controls;

  • creates security risks;

  • abuses incentives;

  • manipulates platform metrics;

  • or violates these Terms.

29. Third-Party Content

The Services may display information supplied by third parties, including:

  • token metadata;

  • market information;

  • news;

  • social content;

  • links;

  • project information;

  • wallet data;

  • and other external content.

We do not guarantee that third-party information is accurate, complete, current, lawful, or reliable.

A link, integration, listing, or display does not constitute endorsement.

30. No Investment Advice or Fiduciary Relationship

Neither ripr nor Ravant Technologies FZCO acts as your:

  • investment adviser;

  • broker;

  • portfolio manager;

  • fiduciary;

  • financial adviser;

  • tax adviser;

  • or legal adviser

merely because you use the Services.

No fiduciary duty is created between you and ripr.

Information provided through the Services is general information and technology functionality only unless expressly stated otherwise.

You are responsible for your own decisions.

31. No Guarantee of Digital Assets

We do not conduct or guarantee comprehensive due diligence on every Digital Asset displayed through ripr.

Digital Assets may be created by anonymous, pseudonymous, or unidentified third parties.

A token appearing on ripr does not mean that we have verified:

  • its creator;

  • ownership;

  • tokenomics;

  • smart contract;

  • legality;

  • security;

  • liquidity;

  • value;

  • claims;

  • intellectual-property rights;

  • or future prospects.

You assume the risk of interacting with Digital Assets.

32. Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining:

  • whether taxes apply to your activities;

  • what taxes are owed;

  • and how taxes should be reported and paid.

ripr does not provide tax advice.

You should maintain appropriate records and consult a qualified professional where necessary.

33. Service Availability

We aim to operate reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Services may become unavailable because of:

  • maintenance;

  • software errors;

  • infrastructure failures;

  • blockchain outages;

  • RPC failures;

  • protocol failures;

  • cyberattacks;

  • network congestion;

  • third-party outages;

  • force majeure events;

  • regulatory requirements;

  • or other circumstances.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace any Service or feature.

Where reasonably practicable, we may provide notice of material changes, but emergency actions may occur without advance notice.

34. Experimental and Beta Features

Certain Services may be identified as:

  • beta;

  • experimental;

  • preview;

  • early access;

  • test;

  • or otherwise under development.

Such features may contain errors, change materially, or be discontinued.

You use experimental functionality at your own risk.

35. Security

You must use reasonable security practices when accessing the Services.

You are responsible for protecting:

  • account credentials;

  • wallets;

  • recovery information;

  • authentication devices;

  • email accounts;

  • and connected third-party accounts.

We will never ask you to disclose a wallet seed phrase or private key through support communications.

You should verify domains, applications, transaction requests, and communications before acting on them.

36. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to some or all Services where we reasonably determine that:

  • you violated these Terms;

  • you violated another ripr policy;

  • your account creates a security risk;

  • fraud or abuse is suspected;

  • your use creates legal or regulatory risk;

  • we are required to act by law;

  • a third-party provider requires restriction;

  • or continued access could materially harm ripr, users, or third parties.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may provide notice.

Because certain blockchain functionality is decentralized, terminating access to ripr does not necessarily prevent you from independently interacting with the underlying blockchain or third-party protocol.

37. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your ripr account using functionality provided within the Services, where available, or by contacting support.

Deleting a ripr account does not:

  • reverse blockchain transactions;

  • erase blockchain history;

  • recover Digital Assets;

  • remove information permanently recorded on decentralized networks;

  • or necessarily delete public content already copied by third parties.

Personal Data associated with account deletion is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

38. Privacy

Our processing of Personal Data is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy forms part of the framework governing your use of ripr but does not reduce any privacy rights provided to you by applicable law.

By using third-party services through ripr, you may also be subject to the privacy policies of those providers.

39. Disclaimers

(A) THE AMOUNT OF FEES YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO RIPR DURING THE SIX MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR
(B) USD 100.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for fraud or other liability that applicable law expressly prevents us from excluding.

41. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ravant Technologies FZCO and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from:

  • your unlawful use of the Services;

  • your material breach of these Terms;

  • your User Content;

  • a Digital Asset you create or promote;

  • your infringement of third-party rights;

  • fraud or misconduct committed by you;

  • or your violation of applicable law.

This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own unlawful conduct.

42. Changes to the Services

We may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue Services or features.

The crypto and blockchain environment changes rapidly, and modifications may be necessary because of:

  • technical developments;

  • security considerations;

  • blockchain changes;

  • protocol changes;

  • user safety;

  • regulatory developments;

  • commercial considerations;

  • or third-party dependencies.

We do not guarantee that any particular feature will remain available indefinitely.

When we update them, we will change the Last Updated date.

For material changes, we may provide additional notice through:

  • the Services;

  • email;

  • account notifications;

  • or another reasonable method.

Where required by applicable law, we will obtain consent before applying changes that legally require consent.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by law.

44. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Mandatory consumer-protection rights applicable in your country of residence remain unaffected where they cannot legally be waived.

45. Dispute Resolution

Before commencing formal proceedings, you and Ravant Technologies FZCO agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve a dispute informally.

A party wishing to raise a dispute should provide written notice describing:

  • the nature of the dispute;

  • the relevant facts;

  • and the relief requested.

The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute for at least 30 days after receipt of the notice.

If the dispute is not resolved, and unless applicable law requires otherwise, the dispute shall be finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) in accordance with the DIAC Arbitration Rules in force when arbitration is commenced.

Unless otherwise required:

  • the seat of arbitration will be Dubai, United Arab Emirates;

  • the tribunal will consist of one arbitrator;

  • and the language of arbitration will be English.

The arbitrator may award any remedy available under applicable law.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect intellectual property, security, confidential information, or prevent imminent harm.

Where applicable consumer law gives you a non-waivable right to bring proceedings before another court or tribunal, this section does not remove that right.

46. Individual Dispute Resolution

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, disputes must be brought on an individual basis.

Neither you nor ripr may seek to have a dispute heard as:

  • consolidated action involving unrelated parties;

  • or private attorney-general action,

where such waiver is legally enforceable.

If applicable law does not permit this waiver, the waiver will not apply to the extent prohibited by that law.

  • in-app notifications;

  • website notices;

  • or account notifications.

50. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent legally permitted.
