how users may appeal certain enforcement decisions.
Our objective is to maintain an environment where users can discuss, discover, create, and interact with Digital Assets without permitting the Services to be used for fraud, manipulation, unlawful activity, abuse, impersonation, exploitation, or other harmful conduct.
This Policy supplements the ripr Terms of Use and other applicable platform policies.

You are responsible for content you create, upload, livestream, publish, distribute, promote, or otherwise make available through ripr.
You must ensure that your content:
complies with applicable law;
complies with the ripr Terms of Use;
complies with this Policy;
does not infringe the rights of others;
does not intentionally deceive other users;
and does not expose users or the Services to unreasonable security, financial, or safety risks.
The fact that content is visible on ripr does not mean that ripr has reviewed, verified, approved, or endorsed it.
4. Illegal Activity
Content may not promote, facilitate, coordinate, solicit, or materially assist unlawful activity.
Prohibited content includes material facilitating or promoting:
fraud;
theft;
money laundering;

Educational, documentary, newsworthy, security-research, or preventative discussion of illegal activity may be permitted where it does not meaningfully facilitate wrongdoing.
5. Fraud, Scams and Deceptive Conduct
Users must not use ripr to deceive other users for financial or other gain.
Prohibited activity includes:
fake investment opportunities;
phishing;
wallet-draining schemes;
fake airdrops;
fake giveaways;

fake exchange listings;
fake endorsements;
false claims of regulatory approval;
fabricated audits;
fake team members;
misleading project roadmaps;
intentionally false tokenomics;
fabricated trading results;
and intentionally deceptive financial claims.
Users must not misrepresent material facts where doing so could reasonably cause another person to transact, transfer assets, disclose credentials, or make a financial decision.
6. Wallet Drainers, Phishing and Malicious Links
Content must not contain or direct users to:
phishing pages;
wallet drainers;
malware;
ransomware;
credential-stealing software;
malicious browser extensions;
malicious smart contracts;
scripts designed to steal assets or credentials;
deceptive wallet-signature requests;
or websites designed to impersonate legitimate services.
We may automatically block, warn on, reduce distribution of, or remove suspicious URLs.
Where a link presents an immediate security risk, we may take action without prior notice.
7. Market Manipulation
Users must not use ripr to intentionally manipulate markets or create a materially misleading appearance of genuine market interest.
Prohibited conduct may include:
coordinated pump-and-dump activity;
wash trading;
artificial volume generation;
matched trading intended to create false activity;
coordinated deceptive promotion;
fake liquidity claims;
undisclosed manipulation of token supply;
intentionally deceptive trading signals;
coordinated attempts to manipulate ripr rankings;
or using bots or multiple accounts to manufacture apparent popularity.
Ordinary discussion, speculation, enthusiasm, criticism, or disclosure of a personal trading position is not prohibited merely because it may influence others.
The relevant distinction is whether activity is deceptive, manipulative, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law or these policies.
8. Financial Claims and Promotions
Users may discuss Digital Assets, markets, trading strategies, and personal opinions.
However, content must not intentionally mislead users about financial outcomes.
Examples of prohibited or restricted claims may include:
false guarantees of profit;
guaranteed returns;
knowingly fabricated profit-and-loss screenshots;
false claims that an investment is risk-free;
deliberately misleading price predictions presented as certain;
false statements about liquidity or market capitalization;
fabricated investor participation;
false claims of institutional backing;
or false claims concerning legal or regulatory status.
Users who receive compensation, allocations, tokens, referral rewards, affiliate payments, or other material benefits for promoting a Digital Asset should make disclosures where required by applicable law.
Nothing displayed on ripr constitutes investment advice from ripr.
9. Token and Project Content
Token creators and deployers are responsible for information associated with Digital Assets they create, deploy, or promote.
Token-related content must not:
intentionally misrepresent the token's purpose;
impersonate an existing token or project;
falsely claim official status;
falsely claim partnerships or integrations;
contain stolen branding;
deliberately conceal material information for fraudulent purposes;
use deceptive URLs;
impersonate companies or public figures;
or otherwise violate this Policy.
The availability of a Digital Asset through ripr does not mean that ripr has endorsed, verified, or approved that asset.
10. Impersonation
Users must not impersonate another person, organization, project, token, company, government entity, exchange, protocol, or ripr representative in a deceptive manner.
This includes:
misleadingly using another person's identity;
creating fake support accounts;
using names or branding designed to trick users into believing an account is official;
falsely claiming to represent a company or protocol;
falsely claiming a partnership;
or creating deceptive copies of established token or project identities.
Parody, commentary, fan, or community accounts may be permitted when they are not deceptive and their unofficial nature is reasonably clear.
11. Intellectual Property
Users must respect copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, and other intellectual-property rights.
Prohibited conduct may include:
unauthorized use of copyrighted material;
use of trademarks in a manner intended to mislead users about source or affiliation;
unauthorized use of another person's commercial likeness;
copying another project's branding to impersonate it;
or repeatedly uploading infringing content.
Not every use of copyrighted or trademarked material is unlawful. Applicable exceptions may include commentary, criticism, parody, quotation, or other legally protected uses.
Intellectual-property complaints may be submitted under our applicable DMCA / Intellectual Property Policy or Trademark Guidelines.
12. Harassment and Bullying
ripr does not permit targeted harassment or abuse that creates a serious risk of harm.
Prohibited content may include:
credible threats;
repeated targeted harassment;
encouraging others to harass an individual;
publishing highly sensitive personal information for purposes of intimidation;
sexual harassment;
targeted degrading abuse;
or coordinated harassment campaigns.
Criticism, disagreement, satire, trading commentary, or negative opinions are not prohibited merely because they are harsh or unwelcome.
13. Threats and Violence
Users must not publish credible threats of violence or content that meaningfully encourages imminent physical harm.
Prohibited content includes:
credible threats to kill or seriously injure someone;
requests for others to commit violence;
instructions facilitating imminent violent acts;
celebration or encouragement of ongoing violent attacks;
or content used to organize serious physical violence.
Graphic material may be restricted, labeled, age-gated, or removed depending on context and applicable law.
14. Hate and Hateful Conduct
We prohibit content that directly attacks or advocates violence, exclusion, or severe dehumanization against people based on protected characteristics such as:
race;
ethnicity;
nationality;
religion;
caste;
sex;
gender;
gender identity;
sexual orientation;
disability;
or other characteristics protected under applicable law.
Context matters.
Content discussing, condemning, documenting, reporting on, or criticizing hateful ideology may be allowed where it does not itself promote prohibited hateful conduct.
15. Terrorism and Violent Extremism
Users may not use ripr to:
recruit for terrorist or violent extremist organizations;
glorify terrorist attacks;
distribute operational propaganda;
raise funds for prohibited terrorist organizations;
facilitate terrorist activity;
or materially support designated terrorist organizations.
Documentary, journalistic, academic, counterspeech, or educational discussion may be allowed depending on context.
16. Child Safety
ripr has zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation or abuse.
Users must never upload, distribute, solicit, link to, or promote:
child sexual abuse material;
sexualized depictions of minors;
grooming activity;
sexual exploitation of children;
trafficking of minors;
or instructions facilitating child abuse.
We may preserve and report relevant information to appropriate authorities or authorized child-safety organizations where required or permitted by law.
The Services are intended only for users who satisfy the minimum age requirements stated in our Terms of Use.
17. Sexual Content
Pornographic or sexually explicit content may be prohibited or restricted on ripr.
This includes:
explicit sexual acts;
pornography;
sexual exploitation;
non-consensual intimate imagery;
sexual content involving minors;
or links whose primary purpose is distributing prohibited sexual material.
Non-explicit artistic, educational, medical, or contextual content may be treated differently.
18. Non-Consensual Intimate Content
Users must not publish or threaten to publish intimate or sexual imagery of another person without that person's consent.
This includes:
revenge pornography;
hidden-camera sexual imagery;
manipulated explicit imagery intended to depict an identifiable person;
and similar privacy violations.
Such content may result in immediate removal and account enforcement.
19. Self-Harm
Content that encourages, promotes, or instructs users to engage in suicide or serious self-harm may be restricted or removed.
Supportive discussion, recovery content, personal experiences, and information intended to help individuals may generally be allowed.
Where we believe content indicates an immediate safety concern, we may take additional steps where appropriate and legally permitted.
20. Privacy and Personal Information
Users must not publish highly sensitive personal information about another person without authorization where doing so creates a meaningful risk of harm.
Restricted information may include:
passwords;
private keys;
seed phrases;
authentication credentials;
government identification numbers;
private financial credentials;
home addresses published for intimidation;
or other sensitive information used for harassment, fraud, or identity theft.
Public blockchain addresses are generally public information, but using blockchain information to facilitate harassment, threats, fraud, or unlawful activity may violate this Policy.
21. Spam and Platform Manipulation
Users must not abuse ripr's social or discovery systems.
Prohibited behavior may include:
mass repetitive posting;
deceptive engagement farming;
coordinated fake engagement;
automated spam;
large-scale unsolicited promotion;
fake followers;
fake reactions;
account farms;
manipulating trending systems;
manipulating referral programs;
or creating large numbers of accounts to evade restrictions.
Legitimate automated use may be permitted where expressly supported by ripr.
22. Artificially Manipulating ripr Rankings
Users must not intentionally manipulate ranking or discovery systems such as:
Trending;
Emerging;
New;
Movers;
social feeds;
recommended posts;
creator discovery;
token popularity;
or other rankings.
Examples include coordinated fake activity, synthetic trades, fake engagement, automated account networks, or other deceptive techniques intended primarily to distort platform rankings.
We may exclude activity from ranking calculations even where we do not remove the underlying content or blockchain transaction.
23. Livestream Content
All livestreams on ripr are subject to this Policy and any separate Livestream Policy.
Streamers must not use livestreams to:
conduct scams;
distribute phishing links;
manipulate markets through deceptive coordination;
display prohibited sexual material;
broadcast unlawful activity;
promote violence or terrorism;
harass users;
impersonate others;
or otherwise distribute prohibited content.
We may terminate a livestream immediately where necessary to prevent ongoing harm.
Livestream viewers should treat statements made by streamers as the views of the streamer, not ripr.
24. External Links
Users may link to external websites where permitted.
We may:
block a link;
display a warning;
remove a link;
disable previews;
reduce its distribution;
or restrict the account distributing it
where we reasonably believe the destination presents security, fraud, legal, or safety concerns.
ripr does not endorse third-party websites merely because users are permitted to link to them.
25. Political and Public-Issue Content
ripr may permit discussion of politics, public policy, elections, public officials, geopolitical events, and related topics, subject to the rest of this Policy.
Users must not use ripr for unlawful election interference, voter suppression, fraud, targeted threats, coordinated inauthentic behavior, or other prohibited conduct.
Political opinions are not prohibited merely because they are controversial or unpopular.
Political discussion remains subject to rules concerning:
threats;
harassment;
hate;
impersonation;
fraud;
manipulated media;
spam;
and applicable law.
26. Misleading or Manipulated Media
Content may be labeled, restricted, or removed where it uses materially manipulated or fabricated media to deceive users about matters likely to cause serious harm.
Examples may include deceptive media falsely depicting:
a person making statements they did not make;
a project announcing a partnership that does not exist;
an exchange listing a token it has not listed;
or a person endorsing a Digital Asset when they have not done so.
Satire and parody may be permitted where users are unlikely to reasonably interpret the content as genuine.
27. Misinformation
ripr does not generally remove content merely because it is disputed, incorrect, speculative, or unpopular.
However, we may take action where false or deceptive information is connected to:
fraud;
impersonation;
phishing;
imminent physical harm;
serious financial deception;
unlawful market manipulation;
or another category prohibited by this Policy.
We may use labels, contextual notices, reduced distribution, or other measures instead of removal where appropriate.
28. Automated Moderation
ripr may use automated systems to identify potential violations.
These systems may analyze signals such as:
text;
usernames;
token metadata;
images;
video;
audio;
URLs;
account behavior;
trading patterns;
posting frequency;
reports;
and other relevant signals.
Automated systems may be used for:
spam detection;
malicious-link detection;
scam detection;
image classification;
abuse detection;
impersonation detection;
platform-manipulation detection;
and prioritization of content for review.
Automated systems may make mistakes.
Where appropriate, potentially serious or ambiguous matters may be escalated for human review.
29. Human Review
Our moderation or compliance personnel may review:
reported content;
content identified by automated systems;
suspicious accounts;
alleged scams;
intellectual-property complaints;
impersonation claims;
token-related complaints;
livestream violations;
or other potential policy breaches.
Reviewers may consider contextual information including:
content itself;
account history;
surrounding conversation;
associated links;
blockchain activity;
prior enforcement;
intent where reasonably inferable from evidence;
severity;
likelihood of harm;
and applicable law.
30. Enforcement Actions
Depending on the nature, severity, frequency, and context of a violation, ripr may take one or more actions.
These may include:
taking no action after review;
issuing a warning;
displaying a contextual notice;
adding a safety warning;
removing content;
disabling a link;
restricting content visibility;
reducing distribution;
disabling comments or interactions;
terminating a livestream;
restricting livestream access;
removing content from discovery surfaces;
removing a token or project from ripr-curated discovery surfaces;
excluding activity from rankings;
limiting account features;
temporarily suspending an account;
permanently suspending an account;
blocking access to certain ripr functionality;
preventing creation of additional accounts;
or referring appropriate matters to service providers or authorities where legally required or justified.
Enforcement is not required to follow a fixed sequence.
Serious violations may result in immediate restriction or suspension.
31. Blockchain Limitations
ripr's ability to moderate content or assets does not mean that ripr controls the underlying blockchain.
For example, we may be able to:
remove a token from ripr search;
remove metadata displayed by ripr;
remove a token from ripr-curated rankings;
prevent content from appearing in ripr social feeds;
restrict a creator's ripr account;
or disable certain ripr interfaces.
However, we generally cannot:
delete a blockchain token;
destroy a smart contract controlled by another party;
reverse confirmed transactions;
remove blockchain history;
freeze assets held in a self-custodial wallet;
or prevent users from independently interacting with decentralized protocols outside ripr.
A moderation decision therefore applies to ripr's Services and does not necessarily alter the underlying blockchain.
32. Emergency Enforcement
We may take immediate action without prior notice where we reasonably believe it is necessary to address:
active phishing;
wallet-draining attacks;
malware;
credible threats;
child exploitation;
serious fraud;
terrorism;
imminent security threats;
ongoing unlawful conduct;
or other urgent risks.
We may conduct further review after immediate protective measures have been applied.
33. Repeat Violations
Repeated violations may result in progressively stronger enforcement.
We may consider:
number of violations;
severity;
previous warnings;
intent;
attempts to evade enforcement;
impact on users;
and risk to the Services.
Serious misconduct may result in permanent suspension even where no prior violation exists.
34. Enforcement Evasion
Users must not attempt to evade enforcement by:
creating replacement accounts;
using another person's account;
changing usernames or wallet addresses solely to avoid restrictions;
coordinating through third parties;
or using other technical means to circumvent account-level restrictions.
Accounts materially involved in enforcement evasion may also be restricted.
35. Reporting Content
Users can report suspected violations using reporting functionality available within ripr, where provided.
Reports may include matters involving:
scams;
impersonation;
harassment;
phishing;
intellectual-property infringement;
prohibited token content;
livestream violations;
threats;
spam;
or other suspected violations.
Reports should be submitted in good faith.
Submitting intentionally false, abusive, or repetitive reports to harass another user may itself violate this Policy.
36. Review of Reports
Reports may be prioritized according to:
severity;
potential harm;
urgency;
number of affected users;
security implications;
legal obligations;
and available evidence.
We do not guarantee that every report will receive a response within a specific period.
Urgent safety, security, and fraud reports may receive higher priority.
We may not always disclose the outcome of an investigation where doing so would:
compromise security;
violate privacy;
interfere with an investigation;
disclose confidential information;
or otherwise be inappropriate.
37. Appeals
Where available, users may appeal certain moderation decisions.
An appeal should explain why the user believes the decision was incorrect and may include relevant supporting information.
We may review:
the original content;
the original enforcement basis;
relevant context;
newly supplied evidence;
prior account history;
and applicable policies.
Following review, we may:
uphold the original decision;
reverse the decision;
modify the enforcement action;
or request additional information.
Submitting an appeal does not automatically suspend an enforcement action.
38. Intellectual-Property Complaints
Copyright and trademark complaints may be subject to separate processes.
Where a complaint concerns:
copyright;
trademarks;
impersonation of a commercial brand;
unauthorized use of protected assets;
or similar intellectual-property issues,
users should follow the applicable DMCA / Intellectual Property Policy or Trademark Guidelines.
We may require sufficient information to identify the rights holder, allegedly infringing material, and basis of the complaint.
39. Cooperation With Authorities and Service Providers
Where required or permitted by applicable law, we may cooperate with:
courts;
regulators;
law-enforcement authorities;
financial-crime authorities;
child-safety organizations;
cybersecurity providers;
blockchain-analysis providers;
infrastructure providers;
payment providers;
or other appropriate organizations.
We may preserve or disclose relevant information where legally required or where permitted for purposes such as preventing fraud, protecting users, or responding to valid legal process.
40. No General Monitoring Obligation
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, nothing in this Policy creates an obligation for ripr to proactively review every item of User Content or every blockchain transaction.
The existence of moderation systems does not mean that all content has been reviewed.
Users remain responsible for exercising caution when interacting with:
other users;
creators;
livestreamers;
token deployers;
links;
wallets;
projects;
and Digital Assets.
41. Moderation Does Not Constitute Endorsement
A decision not to remove content does not mean that ripr:
agrees with the content;
confirms that it is true;
endorses a user;
approves a Digital Asset;
verifies a project;
or guarantees the legality or safety of an activity.
Similarly, removing content does not necessarily constitute a legal determination that the content was unlawful.
Moderation decisions are platform decisions based on our policies, available evidence, risk considerations, and applicable legal obligations.
42. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect:
changes to ripr;
new social or trading functionality;
new moderation tools;
emerging abuse patterns;
security threats;
changes in applicable law;
regulatory requirements;
or changes to our safety standards.
When we update the Policy, we will revise the Last Updated date.
Material changes may also be communicated through the Services where appropriate.
43. Relationship With Other Policies
This Content Moderation Policy should be read together with the:
Terms of Use;
Privacy Policy;
Livestream Policy;
Trademark Guidelines;
DMCA / Intellectual Property Policy;
Non-Custodial Disclosure;
and any additional rules applicable to particular features.
If specific functionality is subject to more detailed rules, those rules may apply in addition to this Policy.
