Company Information

ripr is owned and operated by Ravant Technologies FZCO, a company incorporated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Registered Office: DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Trade License No.: 36692
Website: ripr.trade
Support: support@ripr.trade

Throughout this Disclosure, "ripr," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Ravant Technologies FZCO and, where applicable, its affiliates.

1. Purpose of This Disclosure

ripr provides technology that allows users to discover, analyze, discuss, create, and interact with Digital Assets and blockchain-based applications.

This Disclosure explains:

  • the non-custodial nature of relevant ripr functionality;

  • the distinction between ripr and third-party blockchain protocols;

  • how transactions are initiated and settled;

  • the role of wallets and wallet infrastructure;

  • the role of decentralized exchanges, launchpads, liquidity pools, and other protocols;

  • the role of fiat on-ramp and off-ramp providers;

  • the role of third-party infrastructure and data providers;

  • and the risks associated with using those services.

This Disclosure should be read together with the ripr Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other applicable policies.

2. ripr Is Primarily a Non-Custodial Interface

Where ripr provides non-custodial functionality, ripr provides software and interfaces through which users may interact with blockchain networks and third-party protocols.

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular product or feature, ripr:

  • does not take custody of users' Digital Assets;

  • does not hold users' Digital Assets on their behalf;

  • does not control users' self-custodial wallets;

  • does not possess users' private keys or seed phrases;

  • does not independently sign blockchain transactions on behalf of users;

  • and cannot unilaterally transfer Digital Assets from a user's self-custodial wallet.

Users retain responsibility for controlling and securing their wallets and credentials.

3. Wallet Control

Where you use a self-custodial wallet with ripr, you are responsible for:

  • the wallet;

  • private keys;

  • recovery phrases;

  • authentication credentials;

  • connected devices;

  • transaction approvals;

  • wallet permissions;

  • and maintaining appropriate backups.

Blockchain transactions generally require authorization through the relevant wallet or wallet infrastructure.

You should carefully review each transaction before approving it.

ripr support will never ask you to disclose a wallet seed phrase or private key.

Anyone who obtains your seed phrase or private key may be able to control your wallet and Digital Assets.

4. Embedded and Third-Party Wallet Infrastructure

ripr may integrate wallet or authentication technology provided by independent third parties.

Depending on the feature being used, this may include:

  • embedded wallets;

  • externally connected wallets;

  • social-login wallets;

  • delegated wallet infrastructure;

  • key-management infrastructure;

  • or other wallet technologies.

The technical custody and key-management model may vary between wallet providers and products.

Where wallet infrastructure is provided by a third party, that provider may have its own:

  • terms;

  • privacy policy;

  • security architecture;

  • custody model;

  • recovery mechanisms;

  • authentication procedures;

  • and service limitations.

The availability of a wallet option inside ripr does not mean that Ravant Technologies FZCO operates the underlying wallet infrastructure.

5. Blockchain Transactions

When you initiate a blockchain transaction through ripr, the transaction may involve several technical stages.

Depending on the feature, ripr may:

  • construct or help construct transaction instructions;

  • obtain transaction quotes;

  • identify potential execution routes;

  • display estimated prices or outputs;

  • provide transaction parameters;

  • submit signed transactions to blockchain infrastructure;

  • and display transaction status or results.

However, where a transaction is non-custodial, you authorize the transaction using your wallet or the applicable wallet authorization mechanism.

Final settlement occurs through the relevant blockchain network and smart contracts or blockchain programs.

6. Transaction Signing

ripr does not independently authorize transactions from a self-custodial wallet.

Before a transaction can generally be executed, the user or the applicable authorized wallet mechanism must approve the transaction.

You are responsible for reviewing information made available to you before authorization, including where applicable:

  • asset;

  • amount;

  • network;

  • destination;

  • transaction instructions;

  • slippage;

  • estimated output;

  • price impact;

  • network fees;

  • protocol fees;

  • ripr fees;

  • approvals;

  • and other transaction parameters.

Do not approve a transaction that you do not understand or did not intend to initiate.

7. Irreversible Blockchain Transactions

Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed.

After a transaction is broadcast and confirmed, ripr generally cannot:

  • cancel it;

  • reverse it;

  • recover Digital Assets;

  • change its recipient;

  • alter its amount;

  • modify blockchain history;

  • or force a blockchain validator or decentralized protocol to undo the transaction.

If you send assets to an incorrect address, interact with a malicious smart contract, approve excessive permissions, or otherwise authorize an unintended transaction, recovery may not be possible.

8. Transaction Failures

Transactions may fail, remain pending, be dropped, or produce an unexpected result.

Possible causes include:

  • network congestion;

  • insufficient network fees;

  • stale blockhashes or transaction information;

  • protocol errors;

  • smart-contract errors;

  • blockchain reorganization;

  • RPC or infrastructure failure;

  • changing liquidity;

  • slippage limits;

  • account-state changes;

  • transaction ordering;

  • or other blockchain conditions.

A transaction appearing in the ripr interface does not guarantee that it has been successfully finalized on-chain.

Users should verify final status through the relevant blockchain where necessary.

9. Decentralized Exchanges and Liquidity Protocols

ripr may provide interfaces to decentralized exchanges ("DEXs"), automated market makers ("AMMs"), liquidity pools, aggregators, or other decentralized protocols.

These protocols generally operate through smart contracts or blockchain programs that are independent of ripr.

Depending on the transaction, your wallet may interact directly with one or more of these third-party protocols.

ripr does not control the underlying operation of independent decentralized protocols.

10. Launchpads and Bonding Curves

ripr may allow users to discover or trade Digital Assets that are available through third-party launchpads, bonding curves, token-launch protocols, or similar systems.

The relevant protocol may independently determine matters such as:

  • bonding-curve mechanics;

  • token supply;

  • pool migration;

  • liquidity creation;

  • fees;

  • pricing formulas;

  • trading restrictions;

  • graduation conditions;

  • or other protocol-specific mechanics.

ripr may provide a user interface through which users interact with these protocols, but the underlying smart-contract logic may be operated independently.

11. Token Deployment

ripr may provide functionality that allows users to initiate the creation or deployment of Digital Assets through blockchain programs or smart contracts.

Where a token is deployed on-chain:

  • the token may continue to exist independently of ripr;

  • its smart contract or program may operate independently of ripr;

  • blockchain records may be permanent;

  • and removing the token from the ripr interface does not necessarily remove the token from the blockchain.

The person creating or deploying the token remains responsible for the token and related representations as described in the ripr Terms of Use.

12. Transaction Routing

ripr may identify or present one or more possible routes for executing a transaction.

Routing may consider factors such as:

  • available liquidity;

  • quoted output;

  • estimated price impact;

  • execution fees;

  • protocol availability;

  • network conditions;

  • token pairs;

  • and other technical information.

The route displayed to a user is not guaranteed to remain available.

Blockchain state can change between:

  • obtaining a quote;

  • displaying the quote;

  • signing the transaction;

  • submitting the transaction;

  • and confirmation.

Actual execution may therefore differ from the initial quote.

13. Quotes and Estimated Outputs

Prices, transaction quotes, estimated outputs, market values, or similar information displayed by ripr may be generated from:

  • blockchain data;

  • decentralized protocols;

  • liquidity pools;

  • aggregators;

  • ripr infrastructure;

  • third-party data providers;

  • or combinations of those sources.

Quotes are generally estimates.

They may change rapidly due to:

  • price movements;

  • liquidity changes;

  • transaction ordering;

  • network congestion;

  • slippage;

  • protocol behavior;

  • or market activity.

A displayed quote does not guarantee that the transaction will execute at that price.

14. Slippage and Price Impact

Digital Asset transactions may be subject to slippage and price impact.

Slippage refers to a difference between the expected price or output and the actual executed result.

Price impact may be particularly significant for:

  • low-liquidity assets;

  • newly launched tokens;

  • large transactions;

  • bonding curves;

  • volatile markets;

  • or concentrated liquidity pools.

Where ripr allows you to configure a slippage setting or similar parameter, you are responsible for choosing an appropriate setting.

Higher slippage tolerance may increase the risk of receiving a materially worse execution price.

15. MEV and Transaction Ordering

Public blockchain transactions may be affected by transaction ordering and maximal extractable value ("MEV").

Potential effects may include:

  • front-running;

  • back-running;

  • sandwich attacks;

  • priority-fee competition;

  • changed execution order;

  • or other transaction-ordering behavior.

These conditions may arise from blockchain participants or infrastructure independent of ripr.

ripr does not guarantee protection from all forms of MEV or transaction-ordering risk.

16. Network and Gas Fees

Blockchain transactions may require network, gas, priority, or validator fees.

Such fees may:

  • change rapidly;

  • vary by network;

  • be payable even if a transaction fails;

  • and be independent of fees charged by ripr.

Network fees are generally paid to blockchain validators, network participants, or protocol infrastructure rather than to ripr.

17. ripr Fees

ripr may charge fees for certain Services.

Where applicable, ripr-controlled fees will be disclosed through the relevant interface or other applicable terms.

A transaction may therefore involve several different categories of costs, such as:

  • ripr fees;

  • blockchain network fees;

  • protocol fees;

  • liquidity-provider fees;

  • routing or aggregation fees;

  • wallet-provider fees;

  • and third-party payment fees.

Not all fees appearing within a transaction are fees charged by ripr.

18. Third-Party Protocol Risks

Third-party protocols may contain:

  • software bugs;

  • smart-contract vulnerabilities;

  • economic-design flaws;

  • malicious code;

  • governance vulnerabilities;

  • compromised administrators;

  • incorrect oracle data;

  • liquidity failures;

  • or other defects.

A protocol being accessible through ripr does not mean that ripr:

  • developed it;

  • controls it;

  • audited it;

  • guarantees it;

  • endorses it;

  • or guarantees that it will continue operating.

Users interact with third-party protocols at their own risk.

19. Smart-Contract Risk

Smart contracts may behave unexpectedly or contain vulnerabilities.

Potential consequences include:

  • loss of funds;

  • frozen assets;

  • unexpected fees;

  • inability to sell;

  • incorrect token transfers;

  • failed transactions;

  • unauthorized token issuance;

  • liquidity loss;

  • or permanent inability to recover Digital Assets.

Even audited smart contracts may contain vulnerabilities.

No audit or security review can guarantee that a smart contract is free from defects.

20. Token Risk

Digital Assets accessible through ripr may be created by independent third parties.

ripr does not guarantee:

  • token legitimacy;

  • creator identity;

  • token value;

  • liquidity;

  • redeemability;

  • legal status;

  • future availability;

  • project claims;

  • developer conduct;

  • or continued market support.

Some assets may be:

  • scams;

  • abandoned;

  • highly concentrated;

  • manipulated;

  • illiquid;

  • technically defective;

  • or created by anonymous parties.

Users must conduct their own assessment before interacting with a Digital Asset.

21. Market Data and Blockchain Data

ripr may obtain information from:

  • blockchain nodes;

  • validators;

  • RPC providers;

  • blockchain indexers;

  • smart contracts;

  • decentralized exchanges;

  • third-party data providers;

  • token issuers;

  • public APIs;

  • and other sources.

This information may be:

  • delayed;

  • incomplete;

  • duplicated;

  • incorrectly decoded;

  • unavailable;

  • incorrectly attributed;

  • inconsistent between sources;

  • or affected by upstream errors.

ripr may process and normalize data for display, but does not guarantee that all displayed blockchain or market information is complete or error-free.

22. Wallet Balances and Positions

ripr may display information about:

  • wallet balances;

  • token holdings;

  • trading positions;

  • entry prices;

  • profit and loss;

  • portfolio values;

  • or related analytics.

Such information may depend on external blockchain data, pricing information, transaction classification, or calculation assumptions.

It should therefore be treated as informational.

It may not represent:

  • legally recognized cost basis;

  • accounting values;

  • tax values;

  • or the amount that could actually be realized in a market transaction.

23. Third-Party Infrastructure

ripr relies on third-party and decentralized infrastructure.

This may include:

  • blockchain networks;

  • validators;

  • RPC providers;

  • cloud infrastructure;

  • content-delivery networks;

  • wallet providers;

  • authentication providers;

  • data providers;

  • payment providers;

  • decentralized protocols;

  • livestream infrastructure;

  • and other technical services.

Failures or interruptions affecting these services may affect ripr even where ripr's own systems remain operational.

24. Third-Party Services

ripr may provide links to, interfaces for, or integrations with independent third-party services.

Third-party services may include:

  • wallet providers;

  • fiat on-ramp providers;

  • fiat off-ramp providers;

  • payment processors;

  • identity-verification services;

  • decentralized exchanges;

  • aggregators;

  • launchpads;

  • blockchain explorers;

  • social platforms;

  • livestream destinations;

  • and other services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these third parties provide their own services independently.

25. Separate Third-Party Terms

Your use of a third-party service may create a separate legal relationship between you and that provider.

Third-party services may be governed by their own:

  • terms of service;

  • privacy policies;

  • eligibility requirements;

  • geographic restrictions;

  • fees;

  • compliance procedures;

  • dispute-resolution provisions;

  • and refund policies.

You should review those terms before using a third-party service.

ripr's Terms do not replace the terms imposed by an independent third party.

26. Fiat On-Ramp and Off-Ramp Services

ripr may provide access to independent third-party services that allow eligible users to:

  • purchase Digital Assets using fiat currency;

  • sell Digital Assets for fiat currency;

  • deposit funds;

  • withdraw funds;

  • or access similar payment functionality.

Unless expressly identified otherwise, these payment and conversion services are provided by independent third-party providers.

27. Role of Fiat Providers

Depending on the provider and transaction, the third party may be responsible for:

  • payment processing;

  • debit or credit card processing;

  • bank transfer processing;

  • payment-method validation;

  • currency conversion;

  • Digital Asset delivery;

  • Digital Asset settlement;

  • identity verification;

  • anti-money-laundering checks;

  • sanctions screening;

  • fraud detection;

  • transaction monitoring;

  • refunds;

  • chargebacks;

  • and customer support relating to the payment transaction.

The provider may independently determine whether a transaction is accepted or rejected.

28. Payment Information

Where payment information is entered directly into an independent provider's interface, ripr may not receive or store complete payment-card or bank-account information.

However, ripr may receive limited transaction-related information from a provider, such as:

  • transaction status;

  • transaction identifier;

  • asset;

  • amount;

  • wallet address;

  • payment result;

  • or other information needed to display or support the integration.

The handling of Personal Data is further described in the ripr Privacy Policy and the applicable third-party provider's privacy policy.

29. KYC and Compliance Checks

Third-party fiat providers or other regulated services may require:

  • identity verification;

  • proof of address;

  • sanctions screening;

  • politically exposed person screening;

  • source-of-funds information;

  • transaction monitoring;

  • or other compliance checks.

Those requirements are established by the relevant provider or applicable law.

ripr does not guarantee that any user will pass a provider's compliance process.

30. Third-Party Eligibility

Third-party services may not be available to every user.

Availability may depend on:

  • country;

  • state or region;

  • nationality;

  • residency;

  • age;

  • account status;

  • payment method;

  • sanctions rules;

  • provider risk policies;

  • transaction size;

  • or other eligibility criteria.

The availability of an integration within ripr does not guarantee that you are eligible to use it.

31. Third-Party Fees and Rates

Independent providers may determine their own:

  • service fees;

  • exchange rates;

  • spreads;

  • network fees;

  • withdrawal fees;

  • processing fees;

  • limits;

  • and other charges.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, those amounts are not controlled by ripr.

Users should review a provider's final quote and transaction terms before authorizing a transaction.

32. Third-Party Transaction Disputes

Where a transaction is directly provided by an independent third party, disputes concerning matters such as:

  • card charges;

  • bank transfers;

  • KYC decisions;

  • fiat settlement;

  • chargebacks;

  • refunds;

  • provider fees;

  • or transaction rejection

may need to be handled directly with that provider.

ripr may assist with technical integration issues where appropriate but cannot guarantee resolution of a dispute involving an independently operated service.

33. Third-Party Service Availability

ripr does not guarantee that any third-party integration will remain available.

Third-party services may:

  • suspend operations;

  • modify APIs;

  • change eligibility rules;

  • restrict jurisdictions;

  • change pricing;

  • experience outages;

  • discontinue products;

  • or terminate their relationship with ripr.

We may add, remove, replace, or suspend integrations without guaranteeing continued availability of a specific provider.

34. No Endorsement

The appearance of a third-party service, protocol, wallet, token, project, provider, or integration within ripr does not by itself mean that ripr:

  • recommends it;

  • endorses it;

  • guarantees it;

  • considers it suitable for you;

  • has audited it;

  • or accepts responsibility for its operation.

Integrations may be provided for functionality or convenience.

Users remain responsible for evaluating third-party services before using them.

35. Social and Livestream Content

ripr may display posts, livestreams, comments, creator content, trading commentary, and other User Content relating to Digital Assets.

Statements made by users, creators, traders, streamers, token deployers, or other third parties are their own statements.

They are not statements made by Ravant Technologies FZCO merely because they appear on ripr.

The fact that a user discusses or trades a Digital Asset through ripr does not mean that ripr endorses that Digital Asset.

36. Trending and Discovery Systems

ripr may categorize or rank Digital Assets using labels or systems such as:

  • Trending;

  • Emerging;

  • New;

  • Movers;

  • Gainers;

  • Losers;

  • Popular;

  • Recommended;

  • or similar terms.

These labels may be produced using automated signals such as:

  • trading activity;

  • liquidity;

  • engagement;

  • price movement;

  • transaction activity;

  • wallet activity;

  • social activity;

  • or other quantitative factors.

Such labels are informational discovery mechanisms.

They do not constitute:

  • investment advice;

  • a recommendation to purchase;

  • an endorsement;

  • a guarantee of legitimacy;

  • or a prediction of future performance.

37. No Broker or Investment Adviser Relationship

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific regulated service, use of ripr does not create a relationship in which Ravant Technologies FZCO acts as your:

  • investment adviser;

  • financial adviser;

  • portfolio manager;

  • fiduciary;

  • or agent for purposes of selecting investments.

ripr does not determine whether a Digital Asset is suitable for you.

You are responsible for your own decisions.

38. No Guarantee of Best Execution

Unless expressly required by applicable law for a specific Service, ripr does not undertake a broker-style duty to provide "best execution."

A route displayed by ripr may be selected based on technical or economic criteria used by the relevant routing system.

Another venue, protocol, or interface may offer a different:

  • price;

  • fee;

  • route;

  • liquidity level;

  • transaction speed;

  • or execution result.

You are responsible for deciding whether to proceed with a displayed route.

39. No Guarantee of Continuous Access

The availability of non-custodial functionality does not mean that access through ripr will always remain available.

We may restrict or disable our own interface because of:

  • maintenance;

  • security issues;

  • legal requirements;

  • compliance requirements;

  • service-provider failures;

  • protocol failures;

  • infrastructure outages;

  • blockchain instability;

  • or product changes.

Where the underlying protocol is genuinely decentralized and permissionless, users may be able to access it independently through other interfaces.

ripr does not guarantee that such alternative access will exist.

40. Geographic and Regulatory Restrictions

Certain features may be unavailable or restricted in particular jurisdictions.

Restrictions may be imposed by:

  • ripr;

  • blockchain protocols;

  • wallet providers;

  • payment providers;

  • liquidity providers;

  • regulators;

  • applicable laws;

  • or other third parties.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction.

You must not circumvent restrictions through:

  • VPNs;

  • proxies;

  • false residency information;

  • another person's identity;

  • or other deceptive means.

41. Taxes

Transactions involving Digital Assets may have tax consequences.

ripr does not provide tax advice.

You are responsible for determining:

  • applicable tax obligations;

  • reporting requirements;

  • cost basis;

  • gains or losses;

  • and taxes payable.

Information displayed by ripr should not be treated as official tax reporting unless expressly identified as such.

42. Security Risks

Using blockchain technology involves security risks.

These may include:

  • phishing;

  • wallet drainers;

  • malicious token contracts;

  • malicious browser extensions;

  • fake applications;

  • compromised devices;

  • spoofed domains;

  • fake support accounts;

  • stolen credentials;

  • or malicious transaction requests.

Users should independently verify:

  • the website they are using;

  • wallet prompts;

  • transaction contents;

  • token contracts;

  • links;

  • and third-party services.

43. No Recovery Service

ripr is not a Digital Asset recovery service.

We generally cannot recover assets that have been:

  • sent to an incorrect address;

  • transferred through a malicious transaction;

  • lost because of compromised credentials;

  • deposited into an unsupported contract;

  • stolen from a wallet;

  • or otherwise irreversibly transferred on-chain.

Users should exercise particular caution before signing transactions or sharing access to their devices.

44. Non-Custodial Does Not Mean Risk-Free

The fact that a Service is non-custodial means that ripr does not hold or control the relevant Digital Assets in the manner described above.

It does not mean that use of the Service is risk-free.

Non-custodial transactions can still result in permanent losses from:

  • user error;

  • fraud;

  • token scams;

  • wallet compromise;

  • smart-contract vulnerabilities;

  • market losses;

  • liquidity issues;

  • malicious protocols;

  • or technical failures.

45. Changes to Integrations

We may modify:

  • routing systems;

  • supported networks;

  • supported wallets;

  • supported protocols;

  • data sources;

  • launchpads;

  • DEX integrations;

  • fiat providers;

  • and other integrations.

Such changes may occur without preserving compatibility with previously available providers.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice of material changes.

46. Relationship With the Terms of Use

This Disclosure explains specific aspects of non-custodial and third-party functionality.

It does not replace the ripr Terms of Use.
